This set meets the descriptions of a Standard set No.460B of 1910.
Razor is silver plated and the case is Nickel plated.
Patents numbers 775134/775135 indicated on the case, from 15 Nov. 1904
The razor, if from 1910, is in excellent shape.
There is a very little play between the cap and posts - but it disappears once a blade is inserted.I guess it can be forgiven for a razor more than 110 years old.
The base plates features a "G" inside "D" marking.It could stand for "Gillette Dealer" and this stamp was mandatory for the French Market for razors imported in France and plated with precious metal (Silver here).
